Change namespace of the tools to edgewall.org

Description

Made a patch that makes all tools available under both old + new namespace, and just adds a deprecation notice in Admin for now if the old namespace is in use.

At some stage later we'll deprecate the old, but that also needs to update database++ to reconfigure old data as we seem to store the tool-as-namespace in various places.

Committed in [759], and will be merged to 0.6 branch shortly.

#447 is created to track the final removal of the old namespace for next major release.
