Remove old bitten.cmlenz.net namespace

Description

Deprecated through #445, but before 0.7 release we'll need to:

  • Remove the duplicate set of tools in setup.py
  • Remove the notice when editing configurations
  • Perform database upgrade to rename all the old occurences with the new
