Description
I'm using the patch in #432 to be able to set a cc-list to be used for bitten build notifications.
I think a better approach/feature would be to specify the cc-list in the build-recipe so that different recipes can have differt audiences/listeners.
I'll give it a shot if I get time for it..

Hmm, just a thought but what about letting people register themselves on a Cc-list (in addition to what has been configured or specified in the recipe), much like what is possible already on Trac tickets?
That would be even cooler. I've no time for this currently so anyone with time is very much welcome to stab at this.
