I need a possibility to specify a cc-list for bitten builds.

The t432_kirean_configurable_cc_list-r711.txt patch also includes the separating of bitten notification parameters from #431.

Forgot the import of List Option? in the patch so here's a new patch.

This is like an always_cc list for all build notifications. Is that more or less useful than having a cc-list for each build configuration? Or both?

Note that #634 is similar (duplicate?) and also contains a link to another patch.
