Feature request: allow username + password for svn:update too

Description

Could you please add username and password parameters for the svn:update command? I currently run a hacked version of bitten to implement this feature locally and it works well like that.

I think that it was not added already, because the idea is that credentials are stored before svn up is run. We have that disabled on our systems though. Instead, we would like to pass the username/password in the bitten build script.

My apologies. I even looked at that changeset but totally managed to overlook the bit on the svn:update change :-( Thanks for Bitten, keep up the gj!
