Feature Request: duplicate a build configuration

Description

It would be nice to be able to duplicate a build configuration. I want to run the same build, but against a different repository branch.

Alternately, perhaps build configurations and recipes should be more than a 1:1 relation. Then creating a build configuration would be lighter weight.
