Copy configuration

Description
It would be real nice to have a "Copy Configuration" button.
It would copy the currently selected configuration to a new
one with the name field emptied perhaps.
When dealing with a build environment with many smaller builds
(like ours, <http://www.linadd.org/build>),
this would really save time.

#599 is a duplicate but I will copy my comments:
It would be nice to be able to duplicate a build configuration. I want to run the same build, but against a different repository branch.
Alternately, perhaps build configurations and recipes should be more than a 1:1 relation. Then creating a build configuration would be lighter weight.
