  • Update README.txt with latest from doc/install.txt
  • Review 0.6 changes and include important things in the changelog

I've made a first round of changes to docs. Not great, not bad - but mostly correct.

Chris should read through and update this as well before releasing 0.6beta1. Particularly with an eye on 'older' stuff that has happened in trunk in the ~3 years since last release - and before I started working on the project...
