webadmin pages not visible in 0.11

Description

The webadmin config pages are not accessible from trac 0.11-dev r5963. The entries aren't displayed on the side bar, and entering the URLs manually results in "Unknown administration panel".

Have you followed the installation instructions closely? In particular, note that you need the good old Web Admin? plugin installed, but it should be disabled.

Ah, that did it. I was upgrading from 0.10.4 and removed the plugin since it's built into 0.11. Reinstalled it and now Bitten's admin panel works again.
