Mention mkdtemp directory requires execute flag

It would be helpful to mention in the documentation that the directory used by mkdtemp() is assumed to be mounted to permit execute permissions if the repository being built involves running its own programs during the build.

In my case, I had /tmp mounted with noexec, and so my builds failed because my built programs did not have permission to run.
