A build configuration must have the following conditions before it will be fully active:

The master:

• The 'active' checkbox must be selected.
• Name, label, and valid recipe supplied.
• must have a valid Repository Mapping (a folder in the svn archive which is a descendant of the checkout folder).

The slave:

• specify a valid Target Platform specified (e.g. Windows, linux, a particular host name or ip address, etc)
