Description
As soon as Bitten is installed and turned on via Trac.ini, when I click the "Admin" button, the only options I see on the left side are "Configurations" and "Master Settings", both under the Builds heading. If Bitten is turned off, the usual Trac Admin options all return.
Using Firefox and Trac 0.12.

It this perhaps related to permissions? Are you logged in? What are your BUILD_* permissions, and what permissions may otherwise affect your groups like anonymous and authenticated? What authentication mechanism is in use, and does it challenge for other parts than /login?
Anything to be found in logs when turning on debug level Trac Logging?
I'm quite sure this is permission related and particular to your install. I'm not able to reproduce your problem.
