process keyboard shortcuts to force slave build

It would be handly to be able to control Bitten while it is running in foreground, e.g. for debug.

In particular I'd like to press some key ('b'?) to force the build immediately without waiting for timeout. '?' or any random key may display command help.

Not for now I guess.

BTW, there is also a -i 5 option for the slave to set the number of seconds between polling (5 in this example). I use that all the time when starting slaves that I want to "speed up".
