Add platform to email subject

Description

When a build fails an email is sent to the developer that checked in the associated source revision. This email has a subject of the form ([browser:/trunk/bitten/notify.py@700#L97​ ref):

[Status Build] ProjectName [Revision] BuildConfig

If a given bitten usage has many platforms it is important that one also knows which platform failed.
