Failed builds cause the coverage chart to show a decrease in test coverage

Description
If a build fails to run to completion for any reason, test coverage is shown for the partial build. Failed builds should be excluded from the chart for consistency. See attached screenshot.

This also applies to builds in progress. Probably should only show coverage for completed successful builds
