slave: always refused connection

Description

Hi,

I just wanted to test bitten but it doesn't work at all. First the slave always got errors for Unhandled exception. Since I have used the patch from #116 I get the following:

C:\development\Python24\Scripts>bitten-slave.exe -v -k masterhost 1234 [ERROR ] Peer masterhost:1234 refused connection! ...

There are about 10-30 seconds from starting the slave to the error sometime more. I just followed the Installation Guide Bitten Install.

Looks like a trac setup issue if the host can't be connected to. Marking as invalid unless more information comes in.
