Milestone 0.2

Build execution and basic presentation layer:

• The build slaves get build initiations and execute the build, reporting status and build output back to the master.
• The build master stores information about builds and their results in a database.
• Implementation of Trac plug-in that displays the status of the builds, and allows viewing build results.

At this stage, there is no storage or display of metrics generated by the build yet.
