Milestone 0.1

Basic master/slave infrastructure:

• Working implementation of the ​BEEP protocol (minus TLS and SASL).
• Preliminary design and implementation of a BEEP profiles for communication between master and slave (see Master Slave Protocol).
• Implementation of build slave as BEEP peer that connects to a specified build master and waits for instructions.
• Implementation of build master as BEEP "server" that manages active slaves and initiates builds when triggered.

At this stage, the builds themselves are not actually executed, nor does the build master persist build information.
