Conversion, transmission and storage of collected metrics data (see Data Storage)

• The build slave extracts data generated by recipe commands and transforms it into a format suitable for transmission to the master.
• The build master stores the metrics data it collects from the slaves in a database.

At this stage, there is no analysis, aggregation or display of the collected data.
