Updated bitten_notify_email.txt to use genshi new text templates

I've updated the notification email template because it was throwing errors about 'step' not defined with bitten on trac-0.12.

Don't know if this is specific to 0.12 but updating to new style genshi text templates seems like a good thing anyways :)

Though they are mixed in with several 0.12 patches. If this is a real big problem just leave a comment and i'll try to make a separate .diff against bitten-0.6 or trunk.

I haven't looked at your patch, but I've completed the same transition for Bitten so that we keep a single template syntax for all supported Trac versions. Implemented in [902] and backported to 0.6-stable in [903].
